Yes. We offer same-day courier delivery within Nairobi and delivery across Kenya. Delivery times outside Nairobi are typically 24–48 hours, depending on your location.

Delivery within Nairobi starts from KSh 400. For locations outside Nairobi, delivery starts from KSh 600. The final delivery fee may vary depending on your exact location.

If your order is shipped via Speedoff, you can track your delivery using the waybill number provided in your order details.

Returns may be accepted within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the perfume is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send us your order details together with clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of perfumes that have been opened or used simply because the scent is not to your preference. If you are unsure which fragrance to choose, contact us before ordering and we’ll be happy to help you find the right scent.
